School Age

Expressive Beginnings recognizes that school age children have different needs than preschool children. The school age children will be given choices and be included in their program planning to recognize their competence. Their toys and materials will not be larger versions of preschool toys but rather toys and equipment thoughtfully chosen to foster their interest and abilities.

Expressive Beginnings offers a full day kindergarten which offers children and teachers the luxury of time for deeper, richer and more developmentally appropriate learning.
