All candidates must have a valid NYS driver’s license and the ability to ensure that all classes adhere to state regulations and company policies. Additionally, applicants must have excellent communication skills and support our continuity of care philosophy.
Lead teachers must be able to work full-time and have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or an associate’s degree in early childhood development (CDA) plus two years of experience working in child care and with the age group that they’d be assigned to at Expressive Beginnings.
Other assistants and floaters must be able to work a flexible schedule during open hours and with different age groups.
